Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 2pm.

Items ordered after 2pm on a Friday will be posted the following Monday.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Royal Mail, My Hermes, UPS

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. 

~~Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy~~

How to return/exchange an item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. You will be liable for return postage charges.

1. Please email contact@hlsproducts.net to request a refund. We will then provide you with a return address and approximate turnaround time.

2. Send your package to the address given.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your item is in ‘like new’ condition, you may exchange it for a different item of the same value. There are no fees in the case of an exchange, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
