Black textured effect coating exclusively developed by HLS and only available from us.

This textured coating is designed to applied as a top coat immediately after a standard lead coating powder.

This textured coating should be applied using the following procedure:

Heat your lead with a blow torch or in an oven to about 230C
Dip the hot lead into a standard lead coating powder for a few seconds, allowing a coating to build up on the lead.
Remove the lead from the powder and allow the coat to melt smooth 5-10 seconds
Roll the hot coated lead in the textured coating, make sure the lead is fully coated
Hang the lead up to cool.
